UnixMix - Mixed-use Development

UnixMix was envisioned to be a mixed-use high-rise urban landmark in a new area of a rapidly expanding city. The design, in 7,726 m2 plot, provided at ground level a Commercial Centre, with stores, restaurants and generous public spaces that allowed for multiple pedestrian accesses. Above that, a Fitness Centre and a Convention Centre were topped by a green roof. Two towers that accommodated a Hotel and Business units completed the ambitious program. Later, by the client’s request, the third tower with apartments was added to the program.
